Mermay 2026 – Day Twenty-One – 8-Bit

Mermay 2026 – Day Twenty-One – 8-Bit

After “Non Dominant Hand”, 8-Bit was the prompt I was looking forward to the least. I suppose it technically would have been the easiest one… If I’d done these things digitally. But for me Mermay is a watercolor challenge. I didn’t expect it to be anything but a mess.

But I tried my best.

I have to say this gives me new respect for my friends who do pixel art. Even when I was faking it, it was… tedious.
