Everwood 2025 – Day Ninteen – Wisp

Since I had technically done Foxfire, the Japanese version of Will-O-the-Wisp, I was unsure about this one. In the end, I did some generic Will-o’-The-Wisps leading us off a cliff. Night scenes are among the hardest challenges I have with watercolor. This made this picture an especially useful exercise.

In the process, I learned that a wisp is actually an archaic word for a burning bundle of grass.
