Mermay 2025 – Day Twenty-Four – Watercolor

“Watercolor” was the prompt that stumped me the most. After all, ALL of my pictures are watercolor! What would make this one special?

I briefly thought of a mermaid (Jennifer) failing at a watercolor painting, with it dissolving in a cloud of colors. I didn’t think this would be clear.

I finally decided to go with a mermaid collecting bottles of colored water, I made it Winnifred because I’ve shown her with bottles of potions in the past.
