Mermay 2024 – Day Twelve – Bluey

Over three years, I’ve probably only watched about five minutes of Bluey. And I certainly couldn’t think of a mermaid application of the show. In desperation, I looked for other definitions. All I found were about five dated Australian slang terms which a good Australian friend informs me nobody uses anymore.

I finally decided that a little mermaid, like Camie, would enjoy watching it. Her sister Doris thinks this is a waste of time.

I briefly worried about how a television would work underwater until I reminded myself I was working with a setting involving mermaids.
