Mermay 2024 – Day Nine – Couture

Couture is one of the handful of prompts that stumped me for a while. Mermaids don’t often wear clothes after all. It finally clicked when I decided I could do it as the first part of a two-part narrative involving another prompt I struggled with.

So, here are Cleo and Galatea working on their gowns for an upcoming event.
