Mermay 2023 – Day Four – May The Fourth Be With You

I get a little tired of the fourth picture of every Mermay being a Star Wars prompt. It’s not that I dislike Star Wars, it’s just that I find it redundant, and trying to find a Mermaid spin on it is tricky. Besides, doing references that everyone recognizes is limiting.

This year I went a little obscure with one of my mermaids, Doris, teaming up with the Death Star Trash Monster.

I think this is one of the first times I’ve given Doris any good luck at all. (Provided you don’t think about what she’s doing in a trash compactor!)
