Arya hears the story of the river king, Andahar, and his two-headed horse in passing. She doesn’t see the context of it until she sees the boat named after him.
Yes, I could’ve just done the picture of the ferrymen working on their boat as the storm comes but I like the opportunity to play with Westerosi folklore, especially when it involves two-headed horses that can walk on water.
