A Storm of Swords – The Bridge

A Storm of Swords – The Bridge

When no one else is looking, Axell has a private conversation with Davos on the bridge to the Drum Tower
At first, I wanted to do a downward shot of Davos and Axell looking down. Only the fires of worshipers would be visible in the void of darkness. The one problem with this idea was the description of the bridge says it had a roof. Admittedly the way it’s described in the scene was extremely vague, but I figured I’d play it safe.

“If you think to betray me,” Ser Axell said, “pray remember that I have been castellan of Dragonstone a good long time. The garrison is mine. Perhaps I cannot burn you without the king’s consent, but who is to say you might not suffer a fall.” He laid a meaty hand on the back of Davos’s neck and shoved him bodily against the waist-high side of the bridge, then shoved a little harder to force his face out over the yard. “Do you hear me?”
