The small council debates the impact of Lysa Arryn in the Vale. Due to their ingrained sexism, they underestimate her.

As I mentioned in my previous post, there really isn’t much for me to work with in this chapter. So I made a portrait of Lysa putting on a facade of self-importance as she is consumed by hubris and paranoia.
