A Storm of Swords – The Village

The brotherhood arrives in a burnt-out village but are able to summon the townsfolk in hiding.

I think I originally based the scene on a Bruegel painting until I realized it made things look too well-preserved. Since the Brueghel painting with my only reference, I really didn’t have a good way of turning it into wreckage. I tried to go with the frame of the buildings it still looks a little bit too good.
