Storm of Swords – Dracarys

Jorah visits Dany in her cabin. She is training them to respond to the word, Dracarys.

I wasn’t quite sure how to do Dany’s cabin since I didn’t have a reference earlier than the seventeen hundreds. Fortunately, I’m off the hook since it’s mostly in the dark.

On a side note, it occurred to me that in Valyrian for dragon flame. To the dragons, it means “Mommy said this person is food”.

“I was not sleeping, ser. Come and watch.” She took a chunk of salt pork out of the bowl in her lap and held it up for her dragons to see. All three of them eyed it hungrily. Rhaegal spread green wings and stirred the air, and Viserion’s neck swayed back and forth like a long pale snake’s as he followed the movement of her hand. “Drogon,” Dany said softly, “dracarys.” And she tossed the pork in the air.
