Mermay 2022 – Day Twenty – Diamond

I like it when a prompt leads to getting a storyline going in these series. Today’s prompt, diamond, was one of those. I was briefly confused about what to do with it since I’ve done several variations of treasure. That is I realized that the mermaid from the pirate picture might have kept the pirate’s treasure.
