Mermay 2022 – Day Eighteen – Pirate

Because of “Talk like a pirate day”, this is the second most common prompt on this list. In the past, I’ve just had mermaids cosplay as pirates. None of those pictures were ever the high point of the year’s challenge. However, a friend suggested a very nice alternative that I’m quite pleased with.
