Drawlloween 2021 – Day Seventeen – Dead Heat

Today’s prompt, “Dead Heat” totally stumped me at first. It was at the point where I used my old trick of searching google images to see what everybody else thought it meant. All I got were posters from an 80s horror-comedy starring Joe Piscopo. Finally, I remembered what the term actually meant and did this picture with skeleton jockeys.
