Mermay 2021 – Day Four – Star Wars

I can get a little tired of Star Wars, especially in the context of Mermay. The problem is just how sexist Star Wars is. I can count the number of female leads on my hand. For the most part my choice for who a mermaid might play is Leia or Rei, and I’d already done Rei.

I ended up having one of my fangirl mermaids, June, doing light saber practice. The fish is not impressed.
