A Clash of Kings – Melisandre
For today’s A Clash of Kings illustration, we have Maester Cressen’s final confrontation with Melisandre. It took me a while to decide just what the angle of my players. Before I reread the scene, I thought it consisted of Melisandre looking down on a dying Cressen when actually Cressen had just drank the poison. It will only take effect in the next paragraph.
