Inktober 2019 – Day Thirty-Two – Friends
I had half a sheet of paper left on my sketch challenge template. So I gave myself one more prompt, “friends”. I used this as an excuse to play with one of my sillier throwaway ideas, The Shining the Saturday Morning Cartoon!
The plot is simple, on his first day after moving to the Overlook Hotel, Danny Torrance meets two girls who ask him to play with them. He does and now he has two best friends. Together they spend the rest of the winter in the hotel. They have adventures avoiding that mean Mr. Grady!
In hindsight, it occurs to me that this is just vague enough that the twins could be leading Danny to his doom.
