Inktober 2019 – Day Fifteen – Legend
The biggest problem with today’s prompt is they didn’t say what legend. As far as I was concerned this prompt was the blank tile of this month’s scrabble game.
As crazy as it may sound, I don’t like it when told to do whatever I like in assignments. It makes me come down with a bad case of what I like to call “Baskin Robbins Syndrome”. I like very precise instructions in these things. They bring out my inner rules lawyer and make me more creative improving on those instructions.
So I chose the first legend that appealed to me, which in this case was the Flying Dutchman, or in this case the Dutchman’s captain, VanDerVecken.
