Game of Thrones – The Ambush
The big problem I had with today’s picture, Jaimie Lannister’s ambush of Ned Stark, was my chosen format gives me enough room to show that it is an ambush. The focus of the picture is Ned and Jaimie. Regrettably, I wasn’t able to fit in Jaimie’s men. Also, once again, I had to spend way too much time crosshatching.
“Still… we wouldn’t want him to leave here entirely unchastened, so” – through the night and the rain, he glimpsed the white of Jaime’s smile – “kill his men.”
